Q: Do you have regular Business Opportunity Meetings?

A: Yes, we do every Saturdays at 2pm in our head office. Our Authorized Stockist Centers also have regular BOMs. Please contact them for schedule. You can check out our list of Authorized Stockist Centers in http://lmsmupdates.wordpress.com


Q: Is it possible for me to upgrade my membership?

A: Yes, you can upgrade within 60 days from date of registration upon payment of incremental costs. Package contents may be picked up in the head office or shipped to you at your cost. You may also facilitate your upgrade through our Authorized Stockist Centers. Please email your upgrade request to loadmosarilimo@gmail.com.


Q: Can postpaid subscribers be members?

A: Yes, they can. They will comply by sharing load or loading Smart Bro or Plug n Talk.


Q: Do I have to pay tax from my rebates or rewards points?

A: Yes, when you cash out your rebates/rewards points. Cash out is subject to P10 processing fee and 10% withholding tax.


Q: I tried to self-load/share-load but I loading was not successful. My load fund was deducted. What do I do to get my refund?

A: Just text your transaction details to HELP so that we can send your refund. You can also email or phone in your details and we will send your refund right away.


Q: I went to a Smart Wireless Center and they are not aware of LMSM. Why is that?

A: All Smart employees SHOULD be aware of LMSM. If you encounter one who says he's not awarethat LMSM is accredited and powered by Smart, please get their name and position and we will report them to the Smart corporate office for appropriate action.


Q: How do I become and Authorized Stockist Center?

A: Please send a letter of intent to loadmosarilimo@gmail.com. We will then send you the MOA for your review. Requirements are as follows:

  • residence certificate
  • business permit and/or DTI registration OR
  • picture of the location
  • valid ID
Initial business kit is P100,000 (includes P40K worth of load fund and P60K worth of kits)

Q: Can I make my own flyers and tarpaulin design for my/my network's use?

A: Yes, you may but design must be approved by the head office. We suggest you use our official tarpaulins, flyers and shirts. Just call us for availability.


Q: I'm already a Smart subscriber. May I use my existing number in LMSM?

A: Yes, you may.


Q: I lost my registered SIM. What do I need to do?

A: Just send us an email to loadmosarilimo@gmail.com indicating the loss of your SIM and indicate the number where we will transfer your account. Please attach an ID with your email.


Q: Can I transfer my network?

A: Yes you can. Just submit a notarized authorization letter together with your valid ID so that we can accommodate your request.


Q: Can I register more than once?

A: Yes you can have multiple heads but you will have to maintain each one.
